Role Overview: A Tele-caller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, and resolve customer queries. They act to build rapport, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate customer databases. This role frequently involves to persuade potential clients and follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Persuading customers to buy products, services, or schedule appointments.

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making cold calls to prospects or handling incoming calls from existing customers.

• Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer records, contact details, and call logs in a CRM or database.

• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/call targets.

• Customer Support: Addressing queries , requirements and complaints to provide solutions.

• Following guidelines: Utilizing predefined content/materials to explain product features, benefits, and pricing accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle situation and convince customers.

• Technical knowledge: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office (Word, Excel), and internet surfing.

• Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred.
